Leadership Program 2021, Zimbabwe
The programme aims to empower the participants to take up their specific roles and responsibilities according to their charism. It is offered to Major Religious Superiors and their Councils who wish to develop the leadership qualities of their organisations. Participants will be energised and equipped with skills and insights that will enable them to lead their teams and organisations in a sustained, faith filled way during their mandate. It is hoped that after the programme they will have been empowered to take up their roles and be more effective in their responsibilities. In this way their leadership will have a more positive impact on their organisations and on the Church at large.
The programme will be co-facilitated by Wenceslaus Kwindingwi CMM, Marian Murcia HFB and Frances Heery. It is open to both women and men religious as we believe that this integrated approach further enriches the learnings and experiences of all the participants. The programme is deeply rooted in the experience and reality of the contexts of the participants and in the way they are engaging with the same reality in society, organisations, institutions and communities. We expect about 25 to 30 participants.
