Frances Heery is an Organizational Analyst, Role Consultant, Executive Coach, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Teacher.
She has worked as a consultant and role analyst for the past fifteen years with faith organisations in the educational, and health sectors as well as with many others in various leadership and pastoral roles in dioceses and religious congregations.
She assists them to become more aware of the tangible, and often intangible forces influencing leadership styles, team dynamics, and responsiveness to challenges. Working from a premise of core values and shared purpose, she enables leaders and teams design sustainable pathways to develop systems and institutions that contribute to creating a more just society. She brings a breadth and depth to her work derived from her analytic skills, systemic approach and intuitive grasp of the complexities inherent in challenging environments.
She holds an M.A. in Organizational Analysis from the Grubb Institute and an M.Sc. in Psychological Counselling from Roehampton Institute. She has completed the Executive Coaching Programme at Tavistock Consulting, which is accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the EMCC. She trained as a Psychodynamic Counsellor at Westminster Pastoral Foundation, and holds a B.A. from University College, Dublin. She is a team member of the International Leadership Development Program Rome and of the Training the Trainers program in Nairobi Kenya.
